Besides not telling me who they use to deliver orders, (before I paid) I was happy with my delivery. It shipped as soon as they were back to work after Golden Week. Took around a week in total to get to me, (that is the fastest any order from China has been for me) they kept the delivery updates, as up-to-date as other tracking websites, which I've had issues with Banggood and AliExpress in the past with.
My issues comes in, when I realised they delivered using Evri. Evri is formally known as Hermes: a company which has a terrible reputation in the UK, most of its issues stem from the way their delivery network is set up. A lack of training, guidance and proper routing for it's employees means many deliveries either don't get delivered and get sent back to the company sending them, after three attempts or they can get delivered to someone else entirely.
They've stated they're trying to improve and change that reputation, but it's ultimately a gamble, even now. Thankfully, I gambled on the positive side and guy delivering mine did a great job.
