DO NOT BUY – NOT SUPPORTED BY GAMESIR

This product requires software (a config file) from GameSir for it to function. The manual points towards a link/URL that no longer exists – I then did some research and it turns out the product is 5 years old and no longer supported – so it is completely useless.

Do not buy – I am in the process of asking for a refund – their first offer was 1/3 of what I paid for it – which I have not accepted – I am waiting for them to offer a full refund, which I am due since, under the Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. This item does not meet these requirements.
