Ajazz AK980 TFT Display Wireless Mechanical Keyboard

I decided to order from whatgeek as i thought the delivery would be fast as it was a UK website, however the delivery still took around 10 days. It was packed excellently, and the prices are reasonable.

I bought my AJAZZ keyboard from WhatGeek about two months ago. I was a little uncertain as I knew it was coming from China and also that it was a US set up not a UK ISO layout. The keyboard was dispatched really quickly, I think the next day if not same day, tracking was also really great and made it easy to follow it's journey across the world. It arrived in perfect nick a few weeks after purchase.

So far, I haven't had any issues with the keyboard that I haven't been able to resolve. I have managed to rebind the keys so that it is in line with UK ISO. Ngl, I'm not totally sure how I did it, but I did! Just make sure you don't lose the instructions because there's a ton of setting short cuts listed there. At one point the volume knob stopped working and was stuck on it's menu scrolling function. I found a fix in the instructions but without them I never would have figured it out!

I have only used a wired connection, which was just plug and play with no issues, so I can't comment on the wireless functions.

In terms of the typing, it's fun and sounds great but, two months down the line and I do regularly make typos or end up with double letters, which doesn't happen on a standard keyboard often. I think it's because the keys are quite large and raised on the edges, so it's quite easy to catch them by accident. But, this is my first keyboard of this kind. I usually type on very flat boards whose keys are only raised by a few millimetres.

RGB lighting is cool and there are a TON of different motion settings, like 20 of them!
